Stall request form

If you would like a stall at our event on 5th July 2025, please read the details below and complete the request form. One of our team will then be in contact.

July 2025 Prices

Registered charity (No. needed in advance) £35
Copmanthorpe Village resident £35
General stall holder £55

If you book early and send in all your paperwork (before 31st March 2025), you may be eligible for a discounted price.
Book a 4m x 4m stall (double pitches can be reserved if available at double the cost above) with a trestle table provided (if required) Sell food prepared on site (catering stall application required)
Admit 2 people to the carnival per single stall (5 per double pitch) Be guaranteed stall-type exclusivity
Set up from 9am on Saturday 5th July (If you would like access to the site to set up on Friday 4th July please contact the organisers in advance) Sell or give away the following: BB guns, knives and cutting instruments, paintball guns, power tools, animals (example goldfish), dry ice, firearms, fireworks, flammable items, legal highs – items that constitute an offence under UK Law when sold/given away or is considered inappropriate by the organisers
Request a parking space on nearby private car park (in walking distance) Alcohol must not be sold or given away as prizes (without former agreement with the committee).
Have dogs on site
Keep/park cars on site
Remove stall (by vehicle) before 18:00
